A QR code is usually treated as a moment: show, scan, decode, finish. PrismShare treats QR-compatible symbols as frames in an ongoing optical relationship.
The receiver learns what data appeared in a square. Continuity, recovery and sender context belong elsewhere.
Frames contribute to a session that can adapt, recover missed data, maintain authentication and separate logical channels.
PROTOCOL MODEL / RESEARCH DRAFT
The symbol remains compatible with camera and QR-shaped constraints. The network behaviour lives in the protocol carried across successive frames.

PrismShare’s research goal is to keep credentials, public keys, signatures, challenges and rotating proofs moving inside the stream, so authentication is part of the link rather than a one-off payload convention.
