A QR code is usually treated as a moment: show, scan, decode, finish. PrismShare treats QR-compatible symbols as frames in an ongoing optical relationship.

The receiver learns what data appeared in a square. Continuity, recovery and sender context belong elsewhere.

Existing MASHR experiments prove narrower ingredients: bounded static and animated QR-compatible payloads, fountain reconstruction, signed objects and offline scanning. PrismShare is the larger protocol now being defined.
